What are you doing when no one is watching?

What are you thinking when no one else can read your thoughts?

That moment you’re finally free to have time to yourself. You escape to your room, close the door, and pull the curtains together. You finally have the privacy you wanted all to yourself.

But when no one is around…what are you doing?

Do you become a new person? Do you act differently when no one is around?

This is something we should consider.

When church is over…

When you’re home alone for the weekend…

When the kids are all in bed…

What do you do?

When we think we are alone…

When we think no one can read our thoughts…

This is far from the truth.

God knows. He knows everything about us because he made is.

He is always with us. You may think you can runaway from him. Or maybe you think you have traveled far enough away to where he won’t be able to find you, but he will because he loves you.

God desires to be with you.

If you’re a Christian, then it’s important to realize that we must live a life of integrity.

What is Integrity?

Integrity is living an honest life.

What does that mean?

It means being the same person when you’re at church and when you’re at school and when you’re at home in you’re room behind a closed door!

We shouldn’t feel like we have to hide the things we do from others because the things we do shouldn’t be worth hiding.

When we are alone we should remember that God is watching. We should remember that He is with us.

Ask yourself these questions…

What are you doing when no one is watching?

Is it something you have to hide from others?

Hiding things and not living with integrity can lead to a life of dishonesty. Being dishonest can lead to a life of shame.

What are you doing….
